Below is my 3 day cleanse experience that I just completed.
I just completed the 3 day cleanse and I thought I would write an entry and let you know how it went. I went into the 3 day cleanse a little skeptical, not knowing how I would do with just one solid meal a day. Here's how I did.
Day1 : Between breakfast and lunch the first day, I did get a little hungry. After I had my shake for lunch though I felt full and re-energized and was great until I had another shake that afternoon. I had supper once I got home from work and was fine until I went to bed.
Day 2 : I felt less hungry the second day, with energy throughout the day.
Day 3: Had a very busy day at work, but my energy levels were up and felt full all day.
By the end of the 3rd day, although I had not had any problem sticking to the plan, my body was ready for some real food.
So I can see why they recommend not doing this for any longer than 3 days.
At the end of the 3 day cleanse I had lost 6 lbs.

Shakeology
I wanted to introduce you guys to what I think is the best nutrition you can get .
If you replace 1 meal a day with a Shakeology, it will help boost your weight loss.
It's not only for weight loss though. You get more energy, better digestion , plus all the daily recommended vitamins and minerals in one great tasting shake.
I have a big sweet tooth, so I like to take my shake later in the day when I mostly have my cravings. It taste like a dessert, but only has 140 calories and the best thing it fills you up and you're no longer craving anything.

1 piece of fruit a day
1 salad for dinner
Only white grilled protein in salad
NO:
